the plan needs 3 sections.
1. recommended care level. ie: 2 times a week for 2 weeks, 1 time a week for 2 weeks.
2. specific treatment goals. should have short term & long term goals. the treatment goals should be OBJECTIVE and discuss how the pt treatment will improve their function regarding ADLs.
3. objective measures to evaluate treatment effectiveness. This should be done in an click fashion example: pt was able to walk 5 min now 20 min or unable to dust now can dust 2 rooms. Ect.clean bathrooms, shopping, make beds, cook, drive, iron,

It would be nice if we could select a word processor. We use OpenOffice/Libre office.

It would be nice to be able to change the normals for ROM measurements that impairments are calculated from. I use a digital ROM program from JTech that uses AMA guidelines, but when compared to Reports Master, some of the degrees for normals are slightly different. Therefore, when writing a report, I must manually change the degrees and percentages in the narrative to match the ROM report I have from my program so that they are the same for insurance companies.

The current system assumes that all symptoms are PAIN. In fact, the program always uses the text "pain in the" even if I put in my own symptom. Not all symptoms are pain. Difficulty sleeping is one example that doesn't fit into the current system.

you should make 1 set of all the report templates un editable so that the doctors have the original order of the exam and soap. Once copied they can be editied and cut and pasted. This way yhe doctor has an idea of how the report should flow

I sometimes work with patients that have huge language barriers or are impatient to multiple questions for subjective input which takes away from treatment time. For such patients, I now ask how do they feel? Better, Worse, or No change...Then if Better, I ask since the initial exam, Overall, how much percentage better do they feel (asked for each region)? 10%, 15%, 30%, etc... (where 0% = no change and 100% = Resolved). If this can be added as an alternative to pain scale ratings in follow up soap/treatment notes subjective section it would greatly help.

If possible...Please give us the ability to be a bit more vague with our treatment predictions. For example, let us be able to put ranges such as 1-3 visits per week for 8-12 weeks, or 1-2 visits per week for 6-8 weeks, or 1 visit per 2-4 weeks for several months.

This should save redundancy and time

It would be nice to have a picture of a man on the daily soap note that shows areas being treated for pain TP, spams,numbness. It is easier to see at a glance what body parts are being treated without having to read the whole note before treating

Will need the patients response to treatment as well as the Doctors evaluation of treatment effectiveness.

You already have most of the value drivers built within the standard software, however i feel like the Duties under Duress and Loss of Enjoyment drivers were not addressed up to this point and I always have to manually add them in the text box under ADL's.

Many PI patients come from the hospital and advanced imaging was performed, there is currently only a box for xray/lab findings on the intial visit. Also, when CT/MRI results are received and reviewed there are only xray screens to fill out. At the very least, the heading could be changed from "Xray" to "Dx Imaging".
