On the first page having a place for basic info would be great. Since DCs, like PTs have multiple visits it would be so much easier to manage a case by "seeing" it on one page too. Like -visit dates/type of visits -missed appt -- referrals to PT or massage etc. --among others. Could have personal info here too, like spouses and kids names which is great (how's Frank doing? Bad back?). AND the pts. PICTURE!!!! nothing like knowing everything you can about a pt BEFORE they come into the room, (gee haven't seen you in a year, hows Franks back?, Missed a lot of appointment lately...what can we do to help you?) Telling you this would helpmake us better docs, and pts would be impressed.
