Ability to customize each screen

Instead of having 300 choices on each screen, I'd like to have the ability to be presented with only the information that I use. On some screens, I only use a small fraction of the selections. This would also allow me to put together screens with tests / questionnaires that I use (i.e. QVAS) and are not currently available.

This will be the key change in the Report Master Program. You will have all the current screens that you will basically drag and drop items from, onto your own custom screen. So, instead of 40 screens, you may only end up with 4 or 5 of your very own screens, with matching exam forms if you’d like.

Aside from/in addition to the customizable screens, it would be great if the options for regions allowed for in between areas. For example, the lower neck and upper back regions tend to have crossing over muscles, similar applicable orthopedic tests, and restrictions. Rather than having a whole section for cervical with a ton of details, and then go through the whole process for the upper thoracic, there should be a cervico-thoracic region, thoraco-lumbar region, and a lumbo-sacral region options that would have the appropriate overlapping tests (or options to add appropriate overlapping tests) and muscles for quick check off options. Defining each section separately is VERY time consuming, especially when the restrictions tie in together. For now, I have found it faster doing it by hand.

I tried out another program that allowed that. WOW!! What a difference. It was SO much faster. I can't wait for this feature.

Amen. Have the various pages broken into modules so that we might "copy" the relevant modules into our customized page. I use postural, trigger point, ROM, sublux listings daily but the neuro/ortho testing only occasionally (and then only about 10 tests routinely). Navigating through 40 pages and 50 selections per page is more work than handwriting the findings.

Along these lines it would be nice to see a diagnosis page that had all the common diagnosis that we could just check off, or be able to add some of our own that could be checked off as well. Along with a diagnosis, it would be nice to state whether they were primary or secondary, that they were acute, subacute or chronic, and that they were mild, moderate or severe. That way we could start with PRIMARY: 739.1 Cervical VSC moderatly acute, and end with PRIMARY: cervical VSC mildly chronic, upon release form care.

I would like to be able to customize the screens that come up when one first opens up a patients new visit - for eg, have RM default (by my indicated choice somewhere, say perhaps by way of a selected radio button) to PROGRESS REPORT and whatsmore (for instance), default right into SHORT FORM. This would save time in having to continually navigate TO this screen every visit. (Most visits are routine visits, Initial Narratives, narratives and re-exams only occur periodically).

Good idea. For example, it is great having all the muscle test but most often I use about 8 test for upper extremity. In addition they are described a bit simpler like: Shoulder abduction, or elbow flexion. Most every exam form I have seen does it this way. RM is a bit over complicated and it takes a lot of time sorting through all those muscles.
