I would not want my first visit exam stuff to show up in visit two or three, but in general it is on visit 12 or thereabouts that I want to be able to click one spot and have the exam stuff from visit one show up. I don't want it on every visit, but I don't like having to go all the way back to visit one and look at what the data was. In other words, I would like a one or two click method to bring back the exam/orthopedic test data filled in previously, whether it was one visit ago or 20.

To save programming time and alot of doctor time, why not just fill in the exam values from the prior exam in the fields on the new exam, but force the doctor to input a new value in those fields or they will not be saved in the new exam? (e.g. if cervical flexion was 32 degrees with pain on the prior exam, you would have to change that to let's say 48 degrees without pain, otherwise the field would be left blank as if the test was not performed.)

Nice to see the baseline exam come up on the re-eval or exam date side by side to show improvements in one snap shot. ie ROM during eval on one column and new ROM another column

It would be helpful if when listing previous findings they were listed in red so we can quickly identify them and differentiate them from the findings we are currently listing

This would be very helpful especially on work comp and PI cases. Comparing objective test such as range of motion, grip strength, and outcome assessments would help bullet proof our cases when they see that the pt is progressing. It is also a good way to help with pt compliance. If thier was a way to print out a ROF sheet with this info and at rexams it would show the pt the progress being made (graphs?) and SEE results, more than just feel them.
